2. Description of Service

CollabSignal provides an AI-native technical hiring platform that measures human-AI collaboration through containerized assessment environments.

3. User Conduct

Users and candidates agree to use the platform in good faith. Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to bypass environment security or "jailbreak" the integrated AI agents.
• Reverse engineering regular platform telemetry.
• Using the platform for anything other than its intended hiring assessment purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

The platform, including its telemetry engines, behavioral models, and interface, is the exclusive property of CollabSignal. Assessment content provided by hiring organizations remains the property of the respective organization.

5. Limitation of Liability

CollabSignal provides hiring signals based on behavioral data. We are not responsible for final hiring decisions, which remain the sole responsibility of the hiring organization.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to the platform for violations of these terms or at our discretion to maintain platform integrity.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CollabSignal is incorporated.
